Problem Statement
The brand was trying to figure out an agency for a mass ACP changeover campaign, which could provide them the speed of light execution which will be technology backed to provide the necessary visibility for the project.
Approach
1. Assigning team for recce in lieu with local sales team.
2. Training of the field team to capture detailed recce report with long shot outdoor and in-door photographs of the outlet.
3. Daily reporting of the recce, Installation of the GSB boards.
4. Coordinating with zonal managers & team leads to sort address and other retailer’s concerns.
5. Subletting regional vendor partners to cover the activity within the TAT assigned by the client.
6. Effective coordination of the entire activity between client, regional sales team, retailers, regional vendors partners and sub-partners
7. On-time reporting to the client in a prescribed format.
8. Sharing glimpse photographs of the daily execution over email & region wise what’s app group.
